What Causes Back And Pelvic Pain With Peristaltic Sound?

I'm a 45 year old female, 123 #, avid runner. About ten years ago I was diagnosed with Endometriosis through Laporscopic surgery (Endometrioma removed). I've been on Loestrin FE for the past 8 years and have only spotting for periods. Lately, many of the initial Endometriosis symptoms have returned, lower back pain, pelvic pain (especially on the right side) along with a new symptom, my stomach seems to constantly be gurgling and I don't feel as though I have a full bowel movements. I shouldn't have a endometrioma since I'm barely having periods. Obviously, I am concerned about Ovarian Cancer. I am racked with worry.
