Dear patient
What kind of lump she has and at what location? If it's of long duration There is possibility of underlying vertebral collapse. It needs to be investigated with 1. Xray of involved spine region anteroposterior and lateral views 2. MRI of involved region. Both investigation are must and need to visit radiology center nearby you for this. They give detail information about bony and soft tissue abnormalities. Visit expert spine surgeon with the report.
