What Causes Back Pain, Abdominal Pain Vomiting And Diarrhea?
I started abdominal pain that has now spread across my abdomen. It feels like I have had the flu and have been vomiting. I have had low back pain that now extends to my middle back. I have had a low grade temp of 101, but yesterday it spiked up to 102. I have been nauseated, but very low grade, and do not feel much like eating. Today I had 2bouts of diarrhea followed by a normal stool. I have some tenderness in my lower right abdomen with pressure rated a 3/10. I felt worse yesterday, but do not feel too bad right now. What should I do ?

Hello,
It may be due to gastroenteritis.
For that you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis and ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation.
You may require antibiotics after consultation.
For loose motion you can take tablet loperamide.
Keep your self hydrated.
Take soft balanced diet.
