I gave birth via c.s on january n d baby die after 3days due 2 anancephaly doctor told me 2 wait 4 6month n hv been takin folic acid since then.dis is 7th month n we ar expecting,some week ago i was feling backpain n now feling fatique pls wat d cause
It is mainly due to pregnancy, many patients complaining of fatigue. Because hormonal changes occurred at the time of pregnancy. Moreover hemoglobin levels also goes up or down. Treatment for back pain is:
- Painkiller - Foods for beating fatigue - Eggs. Whole eggs contain plenty of nutrients - Bananas. Bananas are a good source of potassium, fiber, and carbohydrates - Almonds. Whole almonds are rich in nutrients such as fats, fiber, and protein - Watermelon. Watermelons are a great source of hydration - Kale - Spinach - Chia seeds - Oats
