I had a miscarriage nearly 6 weeks ago,scan showed there was no heartbeat.I was given a tablets to start the miscarriage.I have quite bad lower back pain,and have been dotting dark brown blood for last 7 days.When will my period return and when will the pain go away?

it is incomplete abortion. consult gynecologist may require d&c.it is mostlikely incomplete abortion and d&cis only indication.again any investigation requered can be done to asses the status of fetus or ultrasound can be done
