What Causes Back Pain At Night?
Hello, I have been having back pain at night when i go to bed. I can not lay on my back or sides as i get a sharp pain in the right middle of my back. It does not bother me when i'm sitting or standing i can bend up and down but as soon as i lie down i get the sharp pain. This has just started a few month ago.

Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm which create pain in particular position.
So take mild painkiller and muscle relaxant gel for application.
If not better then go for MRI of spine and take physiotherapy with medication.
