What Causes Back Pain, Deep Sound And Sensation Of Bone On Bone?

Hi. I have DDD, lupus, spinal stenosis, central disc herniation L1S

MRI was 6 mo ago and I've gotten WAY worse since then. Up to a dozen times a day I get a sudden pain in my lower back that feels like someone hit me with a board as hard as they can that last about 5 seconds then its back to my usual generalized back pain. I can hear deep sound and sensation of bone on bone as well. Could I have a fractured vertebra or stress fracture? Affects my whole life. No joy anymore. Sincerely, Stacey
