HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It possible that the antibiotics that you are using are not treating your infection effectively.
In some cases , surgical intervention may be needed if there is no improvement after adequate treatment with antibiotics.

Osteomyelitis can be treated with different types of antibiotics , the antibiotics chosen are usually depend on the lab results from biopsy or removal or infected tissue.
The antibiotics that you are using are not typically used but may be based on these lab results.

Commonly used antibiotics include clinadamycin, trimetaprim-sulfamethozole, rifampin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, monfloxacin

Treatment is normally for 4 to 6 weeks.

I hope this helps
