Hi,
It seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your spines giving pinched nerve pain.
You might be having sciatica due to pressure on nerves due to osteoartheritis of limbo sacral spines.
Go for x-ray cervical and lumber spines.
After reports go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy or cervical and lumbar traction as advised by orthopedic surgeon.
Do back extension exercises daily.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
