What Causes Back Pain Which Spreads To Hips And Legs?

dr ,i am having back pain which spreads to my hips and legs....but this is from last 6 months .......previously i used to have pain around my anus and tailbone area..........i consulted doctor and checked my testies ...which were alright....just incidental finding was microlithiais.......i feel week leg muscles .....plz help me out.......my age is 25.....and m male

Hi,
It appears you are suffering from back pain, probably the lower back.
It could be a lumbar spondylosis, compressing the nerves leading to pain and weakness in thigh and legs.
The pain should increase with more weight on the back and reduce with rest.
You can meet an orthopedic surgeon and get an x-ray done for the lower spine. It should help in confirmation.
It might require lumbar spine support along with physiotherapy.
