What Causes Back Pain?

I am having much back pain, recently i visit artho doctor and gone to some blood tests and xrays according to him, i am perfectly alright.
But still iam feeling the same, one of my friend suggest it may be because of the gastric problems, i have used some zinetac tablets, surprisingly, i got relief. Suggest me to go ahead for permanent solution?
