What Causes Back, Testicle And Groin Area Pain?

hi, i ve been having a lower back pain, a right testicule pain and right groin area pain, just next to my penis and above my testicle, i also do feel that the right testicule is a bit lifted up, what could that be? in the beginning i though it was a hernia, but i did not see any lump nor feel any discomfort if i lift stuffs. I also can not stretch my right leg as i feel my muscle is completely contracted. It has been two months now, I can jog and walk for a long periode of time, hence sometimes i do feel some groin pain. what do you think it is?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Pain in the testis due to the infection / inflammation can give a radiating pain to the groin and surround the penis area.
2.Comming to right testis is lifted - its normal, physiologically its higher than the left.
3.The difficulties you are facing with pain - need to visits your GP get a course of antibiotics and possibly things should be better.
4.If not then an ultrasound scrotum would help in better diagnosis and treatment.
5.Hope i answered your query. Wish you good health.
