What Causes Backache And Lower Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am taking Folvite MB since 4months and mine is 28 days cycle. My first conception experience: HPT negative on 26th day of my cycle. Beta HCG 164 HPT positive on 33rd day, Consulted gync but ges sac was not found but endometrium goes thick. Beta HCG 176 On 40th day got slight bleeding, consulted gync and found the sac. She prescribed Pause 500 and Endogest 200. Beta HCG 175 But then bleeding doesn t controlled and its fully gone. Beta HCG Now, I am in the 27th day of my cycle. I have similar symptoms like last time that includes morning sickness, breast tenderness , back pain and little cramps in lower abdomen. Thinking not to miss the new one I took endogest 200 on 26th day. Is this ok and may I continue?
