What Causes Backache, Dizziness And Fatigue After Periods?

From a normal 3-4 day Period, this cycle I spotted for 4-5 days and have had a medium to heavy flow since which has been at least another 5 days, also experienced sharper more regular cramp especially focused on the left side, the last 2 days I ve had chronic lower back pains more so around the kidneys and hips, also been suffering from lightheadedness nausea and fatigue struggling to sleep due to discomfort what could possibly be the cause?

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It can be due to some vaginal infection also. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. You can take some pain killers also. Hope it helps.
