What Causes Bad Pain In My Chest?

i have a bad pain in my chest like stabbing pain near my heart and my nervs around my heart ach n hurt it is really weid to describe also feel as if i hae somting stuck there i had constant diaria for over a week and a half then that stopped and i got that pain now my legs and body aches like ive done loads of excersies but i havent also back of my neck is stiff and been getting bad headaches lingering i have completley lost my apetite and cant eat not eaten propley i four days im only 22 5ft6 and way 100kg
