What Causes Basophilia And Leucocytopenia?

I have Grade III piles. Today i had my blood checkup and found that my plate counts is somewhere 87.1 and suffering from basophilia and leucotopenia. What does that indicate? I often bleed once or twice a week. It is due to piles or something else?? plz answer. Am very much worried

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your basophilia and leucocytopenia has no relation with your piles.
Leucocytopenia and thromocytopenia is common in viral infection or malarial infection. If you have any symptoms of fever then take treatment of that. Ohterwise no need to worry. Just go for repeat blood count.
