it requires only nursing care. change the posture apply talcum powder on pressure point. family members should be cooperative and helpful. you have not given the detail of illness for which he is bed ridden. can take him back to hospital but for how-long. from history it is evident that bed sore are in advance stage.your family problem are complex. you have to solve it at your own.
