What Causes Bell Palasy And Imbalance Of Body After A Mastoid Surgery?

The brief history of my right ear Mastoid operation is as follows:-

I had undergone a surgical operation of my Right Ear on 10th May 2010 at Calcutta Medical Research Institute [CMRI]. As earlier informed, it was a simple MASTOID operation. It was later informed that during the operation facial nerve was damaged which caused Facial Palsy subsequently. The operation was done by Dr.Shantanu Banerjee. According to doctor there was Glomous tumour in my right middle ear cavity and that was not detected in the CT SCAN report. The complications occurred due to removal of the said tumor as informed by the doctor. As told by the doctor I am undergoing Physiotherapy after the operation till date. Unfortunately still facial palsy and body imbalance is with me and not recovered at all.

Request you to advice for further course of treatments.
