well you have not mentioned your age but i would like to tell you that a young female lady with a painless nodule on mostly upper eyelid is always a chalazion unless proven otherwise.secondly it has nothing to do with your bluimism.There are numerous glands in eyelids which secrete numerous secretions,the ducts of these glands when get blocked results in the accumulation of secretions in duct resulting in a nodule formation.So there is a simple solution for it as it is cosmetically unacceptable and ocassionally hinders in vision so a minor incision followed by drainage results in the cure of the condition.
