What Causes Big Red Bumps Behind The Tongue That Pains When Swallowing?
When i swallow it hurts and when i looked at my tongue in the mirror I saw big red bumps in the back of my tongue. After research, I have decided that I think my circumvallate papillae my be swollen but is there any change this could be associated with any type of STD?
