Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Over a week ago I stopped taking some antibiotics called Clindamycin 300mg a day. I had a bad reaction, I had tightness of the chest and my Adams apple felt massive. My GP told me to take anti histamines to stop this. I felt a lot better, on Thursday my neighbor gave me a glass of wine I was sick. The next day which was last Friday I have been having loose stools that are black with jelly in. The sickness has been very bad. But I have not been sick. What could this be please. I am 45 yrs old. And normally I never drink, just not interested in alcohol.
