What Causes Black Out Along With Tingling Sensation In The Feet?

I keep feeling like I black out for a few seconds then it feels like the blood rushes to my head tingling hands and feet and feel sick and a bit dizzy not vertigo its happened three times today feel unwell and iv took my blood pressure its 160/90 please help

I think it might be due to hypertension, keep monitoring your blood pressure, record the results for reference.

Should consult with a cardiologist as soon as possible. Plus, you need a series of diagnostic tests to run to determine the right diagnosis.

If cannot manage to see a cardiologist as soon as possible, then, should go to the ER.
