What Causes Bleeding After Removal Of Ovaries?

Hi, I had heavy bleeding and therefore had a coil fitted. The next year I felt lump in stomach, which showed up as a cyst, then a larger cyst was found. They removed my ovaries and tubes as they thought I may have cancer, my blood test showed high results, but luckily all ok. Bleeding a bit and this scan shows fluid in my cavities. What may this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the ovarian surgery it is bleeding per vagina is very unlikely unless some bleeder left there untied and this need to be ruled out, otherwise this could be menses bleeding, if there is some liquid is uterine cavity then this could be surgery may post surgery event, and this would get absorbed or expelled out, hope this information helps.
