What Causes Bleeding And Pain In Ovary After An Abortion?

I took the "abortion pill" about a month ago..I never seen a doctor, I just ordered the pills over the internet..i was sure my abortion was complete b/c I passed the fetus. Now I am having sharp horrible stabbing pains in my right ovary. I am still bleeding as well. I think I might have developed an infection. I am 22 yrs old 105lbs

As you are suspecting , it could be infection or some products of conception might be still remaining inside the womb.
I will suggest a 5 day course of antibiotics like Doxycycline. Please get USG done, if needed get surgical evacuation or check curettage done.
