What Causes Bleeding Between Periods While On Birth Control Pills?
My roommate is on the birth control pills and is sexually active. She had her period august 31 to September 6th then again on the 19th to the 25th. The is now on her second time since her normal period in October that ended on the 24th. She is very concerned that there is something wrong. she has ben on this type of birth control for a year now. She is scared n worried that something is wrong but doesn t know what to do.

It is due to intermenstrual bleeding and will settle by itself.
As of now you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.
If bleeding persists better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
