What Causes Bleeding During Defecation And Severe Fatigue?

I have been seeing blood in the toilet after I go to the bathroom. At first there was just blood on the toilet paper but yesterday the water was filled with blood. I think it might have happened the day before as well I just did not look before I flushed. I had a heart ablation three months ago. They were able to ablate three of the four areas. I have been battling severe fatigue for the past several months to the point of not being able to get out of the car after work, or sleeping about 18 hours of the day after I worked just three days.

Hello,

Are you taking any blood thinner medication? Possible causes are hemorrhoids or fissure or fistulas. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Take a high fiber diet. Use syrup Cremaffin plus if your passing hard stools. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
