Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nosebleeds is commonly caused by trauma to the inner aspect of the nose.
The inner surface of the nasal cavity is very vascular, thus, it bleeds on slight trauma.
Low platelet count and coagulation disorders can also cause frequent bleeding.
A platelet count and coagulation profile needs to be done.

Blood in stools can be due to infection or dysentery, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract or some kind of growth.
Associated weakness, headache, loss of appetite and body pain favor an infectious pathology.
A stool- routine and microscopic examination needs to be done to look for any evidence of infection in stools.
Consult a primary health provider for clinical assessment and prescription of investigations.

Thanks and take care

General & Family Physician Dr. Adil Ramzan's  Response
Hello SAM,
After going through your question, i will strongly recommend you to visit a doctor. These symptoms should be evaluated more. Some baseline tests, such as blood cp, liver function tests, renal function tests, stool analysis and PT/APTT (Coagulation profile) are required to say something further. It is difficult to tell which infection you are suffering from without running some tests. I don't have any intentions to scare you. This can be something easily treatable. But it is important to diagnose this condition first and rule out some major problems especially some kind of liver or blood disorders.
Go to your doctor, and let us know what he says. He will take a detailed history, he will examine you and run some tests, and he will be at a better place to advice you.
You may ask us questions anytime.
Kind Regards.
Dr Adil Ramzan.
