Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nosebleeds is commonly caused by trauma to the inner aspect of the nose.
The inner surface of the
nasal cavity is very vascular, thus, it bleeds on slight trauma.
Low
platelet count and coagulation disorders can also cause frequent bleeding.
A platelet count and coagulation profile needs to be done.
Blood in stools can be due to infection or
dysentery, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract or some kind of growth.
Associated weakness, headache, loss of appetite and
body pain favor an infectious pathology.
A stool- routine and microscopic examination needs to be done to look for any evidence of infection in stools.
Consult a primary health provider for clinical assessment and prescription of investigations.
Thanks and take care
