What Causes Bleeding While Lifting Heavy Things Post Menstruation?
Hello. I just seen my period starting the 14/02/2016 until the 18th. Everything was good until Tuesday morning I was try to turn the furniture in my room n I lifted some heavy stuff, after reaching work I started to bleed. It flowed kinda heavy all day until yesterday, now this morning it wasn t so bad but I did get a some cramps n pain. I douch myself the Sunday after my period but I always had a regular 28 days period so I d like to know what might have cause that n I always spot when I lift heavy stuff but its the first it has bleed so much.

I really appreciate your concern, lifting the weight or handling heavy objects might not be the cause of spotting but it must be due to hormone changes age is also matters the great but it may not be any disease condition just for to clear the doubt ultrasonography can be done hope this information helps.
