Side effect of Implants may cause heavy bleeding. If the implant expires in 3 years you should get it removed. If the implant has expired, it may present such symptoms since it has stopped working.
However, get clinically examined. If the symptoms are due to hormonal imbalances, infections, PCOS get it treated.
You can take antispasmodics, spasmol, one sos when needed. You can take antacids & PPI's for relieve. Take adequate rest & nutritious food. Stay away from addictions if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
