27 year old daughter has sudden bloating, heartburn, abdominal pain and back pain. She is afraid to eat anything but is very hungry. She went to emerg and they said to get a blood test which isn t helpful. What can she do tonight to get some relief

These are dyspeptic symptoms arising due to excess gastric acid secretion.As of now she can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. Avoid spicy foods which can provoke symptoms.
