What Causes Bloating, Cramps And Tiredness After Periods?

I am 29, 5'10. One miscarriage and i have a history with ovarian cysts that i am on birth control for. i had period 6 days ago, i am bloated, cramping and tired. I took a pregnancy test 3 days before my period and it was negative. Please help me figure out what going on.
