Welcome to hcm The most common cause of and pain associated with diarrhea is food poisoning. It is very unlikely to say that the gallbladder removal is associated with digestive problems. If the gall bladder is removed the book le secreated will not stay in the gallbladder but its excretion to the intestine will be there. If you have dehydration I recommend to have lots of fluids and electrolytes Loperamide tablets are not adviseble it will cause the external shift's to close which will cause more abdominal pain.
Anticholinergics like dicyclomine and anti spasmotics are used in treating the pain. Hope this explains
