What Causes Bloating Of Stomach Along With Vaginal And Rectal Bleeding?

I ve have a severly bloated stomach with pain, some vaginal and rectal bleeding last week that has stopped now and no bowel movement unless I take laxatives. This has been going on for almost 5 months. Should I go to the emergency room. Pain is now also under my breastbone.

This information is really insufficient. I don't know your age and gender to make differential diagnosis. but bleeding from any site can not be taken normally. You must go to emergency room and endoscopy might be needed.
