Understanding your concern. A per your query you have blockage in the ear tubes which occurs as sometimes little infection remain on infection site even after proper cleansing and after taking antibiotics that increase gradually and cause full infection again. It can also occur due to some other infection like sinusitis through Eustachian tube and lead to temporary hearing loss . This usually occur when infection remain untreated or low immunity .The condition is called recurring otitis media. You should gently rinse the ear using a bulb syringe and warm saline solution. Give warm compresses to ear 2-3 times a day and use ear drops containing antibiotics and take rest. Also take steam several times a day .I would suggest you to again visit ENT specialist and start treatment by prescribing antibiotic (amoxicillin) course, perform cleansing of ear and treat infection like sinusitis if it is there.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
