What Causes Blocked Ears And Numbness On The Face After A Head Injury?

hi i was actually drunk and i fell on saturday and hit my head really hard and i was fine the next day but on monday i woke up and my ear felt blocked and i didnt take it seriously but it continues even today on a wednesday where my ear still feels blocked and feel my ears and face very numb and i feel weird i do not feel normal please please help

I really appreciate your concern, if this is he history of head injury then it need to be sent for CT of brain even in absence of any symptoms and here in your case you have some symptoms so it is important to get done the CT of brain if nothings positive comes out then it is nothing to worry hope this information concern.
