Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blood and blood clots in urine . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like urinary tract infections , kidney infections , kidney stone , enlarged prostate , sickle cell anemia , medications like cyclophosphamide or penicillin . I would suggest you to consult urologist as well as nephrologist for proper examination . Doctor may order urine test , kidney function test , CT scan or ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics at least for 10 days along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend surgery for stone like laparoscopic surgery .
