Hi, i am 28 yrs old male, married, suffering from blood in stools for the last one year, i was under medication whenever this occurred. Now the problem worsened, and i am feeling pain and can see puss along with blood. It is like a wound in the inner anus, what is it called ? want to know the available options other than surgery.

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Really appreciate your concern, the underlying cause of the condition of bleeding per rectum is matter of concern and the most common causes are either hemorrhoids or the fissures and to get this confirmed medical examination is must, in either of these condition the surgery is the only option, besides the fissures and hemorrhoids differential diagnosis could be great matter of concern and this can not be neglected, looking to your age chances of hemorrhoids are more likely hope this information helps.
