What Causes Blood Clots In The Nose?

Hello doc, i have blood clots in the nose every morning, my saliva has blood clots in the morning and now, i bled too much i through my anus, all the tissue i put there to wipe after using the toilet was covered in blood. What is it and what can i do? doctors are expensive and i am a refugee here in South Africa (got not a lot).

you are having bleeding dyschriasis. clotting and bleeding time may be tested. hypertension can cause such bleeding problem so exclude hypertention if detected then start treatment and diet control like restricted salt diet . can report to general hospital and these tests can be done and are not expensive.
