What Causes Blood Clots In Urine Of A Diabetic Patient?

I just noticed that I ha e blood clots in my urine(Worm shape) they seem to be dark red .no burning after urination or during.I have diabetes and I am 59 years old.Note: I had blood in my urine about year ago although there was no worm like clots Anyway I was tested with a scope and nothing was found. CONCERNED AND SCARED

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the doubtful hematuria then better to get done the urine test it may be infection or it may not be but such symptoms could be due to several illness right from the ureter to renal area, hope this information helps.
