What Causes Blood Discharge On Day 12 After Menstruation?

Hi I gave birth about 13 weeks ago and I have started microgynon this month I have been on period as normal but am still getting a bloody discharge on day 12 I also am burning up feeling tired and getting slight stomach pains and backache please help as I am really concerned.

I have gone through your query.It is usual to have irregularities in menstruation in beginning in those who take hormonal preparations like microgynon.But if pain burning or back ache is there then better to consult your gynecologist and rule out.In such cases a pelvic inflammatory process or infection should be ruled.An ultrasound examination might be needed.Hope this may help you.
