* The pain in groin with blood in urine indicate possible issue of stone in the urinary system usually ureter or kidney.
* Hernia can be secondary to the recurrent straining at urination due to underlying calculus in the urinary system.
* Immediate visit to consultant surgeon with ultrasound evaluation of the kidney, ureter, bladder as well as hernia defect size will give a clear and precise idea of future care to cure it.
