What Causes Blood In Urine And Irregular Heart Beat After Knee Replacement Surgery?
My Dad had a knee replacement a week ago, since then is has had blood in the urine, urinating on himself, he cannot controll it, and now has an inirregular heart beat. Today his nurse came to the house and told him he has a temp. Mom has not called his surgeron and I am concerned.

Your father may have a urinary tract infection = UTI especially since he has a fever. This infection may cause a problem with his heart. He would need an antibiotic for this - so you should call his doctor.
Also your father may be on blood thinners - pills or injections after the knee replacement - this also may cause blood in the urine. (but would not cause him urinating on himself). His doctor needs to know about this as well.
