Hi,
Noted your history and understood your concerns.
Since all the tests are negative and you are still
vomiting blood means there is a problem that has not yet been diagnosed.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Request for a few days admission under observation. This will enble to see whether there is actually the blood that is coming out and it can be easy to find out the source as this can come from oral cavity, pharynx,
esophagus or stomach.
Endoscopy during or immediately after the bleeding can find out the causes such as small
hemangioma or so.
Secondly request for
Angiography during such a period as this can find out the area of bleed.
You also need symptomatic treatment as you have shivering, severe weakness and so on as you have mentioned.
It is possible that you may also need
blood transfusion if you have lost a lots of blood.
Symptomatic and supportive treatment will help you to recover faster.
The Doctors will also be in a position to find the cause of the pains that you have for proper management.
Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General & ENT Surgeon
