What Causes Blood In Vomit/stool When Having Low Blood Count And BP?

hello my son passed out and then vomitted excessive amounts of blood; maybe 2 pints, seriously
He has been in hospital and has a low blood count 8.2 and has very low BP.
He has had blood in his stools, but nothinng shows up on a endoscopy.
What can we do next please?

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms is medical emergency, if it is not being detected the underlying cause of GI bleeding with the couple test then it is advisable to get done the another test, one thing is clear that it is the clear symptoms of GI bleeding then it is the obvious that there must be some lesion in GI system, and it may not be difficult to find it out, you can discuss this with surgeon, hope this information helps.
