What Causes Blood Spell During Vomitting?

Been vomiting for the past 3 days- went to ER yesterday- they did blood and urinalysis and found I was dehydrated- a few minutes ago I vomited and it was a weird grayish color- and at the very end of my vomiting spell there was brownish red blood... Help! What is wrong??

Hi.I were to suspect bleeding from your stomach due to ulcer in your case.I shall do an endoscopy to identify the cause of bleeding and plan further management without any further delay.Hope this answers your query.
