What Causes Blood Tear Drop Underneath Left Eye?
3 year old has what looks like a blood tear drop underneath her left eye. It seems not to cause any irritation or pain. I would say it was a blister, not sure though. She has had a hemangioma on her scalp from birth, not sure if there is any relationship.

It is a blood vessel . Since there is a history of hemangioma in scalp it i advisable to get it examined by eye doctor.
