What Causes Blood With Clots In Stool?
My boyfriend was in a rollover car accident and had no injuries but soreness two nights ago. He was walking around and fine. No trip to the emergency room. He now has bright red bloody stool with dollar coin sized clots if not larger. What could this be from? Internal bleeding? Trama to his body just now showing up? Please help us?!

It is deep blow to the abdomen that caused the Internal bleeding. I suggest you to take him for an evaluation and an Ultrasound of abdomen is needed.
This way smash to the spleen also causes shattered spleen and may even be life threatening. Injury to liver may also be the risk therein such accidents.
But in his case he didn't show up with any of the symptoms of the bleed so I believe he had a mild internal bleed from the gastrointestinal tract.
