Hello,

A network of blood veins and capillaries may sometimes be visible on chest wall or in any other parts of the body like arms and legs more so in children beaue of thin chest wall and if child is of fairer complexion. This is considered normal if the child is healthy otherwise and noting needs to be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shashi Dangwal
