What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Dizziness After Head Injury?
Hi my name is Melissa and a couple of months ago a heavy glass vase fell on my head right by my hair line on my left side blacked out for a moment and was bleeding really bad slept for three days afterwards felt like I was in a dream for awhile but after felt better but I still have pain were it hit me especially my left eye I have pain at all times in it in the back of it it feels my vision gets blurry and I ve been forgetting a lot sometimes I still have days where I feel like I m in a dream I get dizzy all the time I have headache mostly every other day just wanted to find out if it s really bad or what is it
Do an MRI to rule out any severity. Also, eyes should be checked, take for few days multivitamins and iron rich foods (how old are you?). Only an MRI can tell how much is its severity or if it’s almost normal. Take antioxidants for a few days like amla, aloe vera, basil etc., these also increase healing. Other than painkillers, breathing exercises also help a lot.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
