What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Headache?

I am a 43 yr old female who is experiencing periodic, but more frequent in the past couple of days. A blurry almost like a wave of water--not leaking water, blurry vision. Although I can still read and see things. It started in my right eye, then left and then this morning to both eyes. Then I get a headache starting in my sinuses. Any ideas? Thanks
